Returning items, you are not satisfied with.
If you are dissatisfied with an item and considering a return, exchange or refund, you have likely ordered a product from us, in which case we owe you a “thank you”. Nothing makes us happier than a legend of a happy Chillfit customer. As such, we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing customer experience. We pride ourselves in offering a hassle-free return procedure.
That being said, below are some things you might want to know.
We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us at email@example.com Do not risk sending an item back if you feel there could be a reason for it to be rejected.
- You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Transit times are not included in this time window. Items must be new and unworn as well as being in their original packaging. Returns with signs of use will be rejected. Any trace of scent (including deodorant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
- We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition. If you have received damaged or defective goods from Chillfit, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Return costs are paid by the buyer.
- When returning the product, the following information must be provided: order number, name and code of the returned product, date of purchase.
- Our e-shop undertakes to refund the money within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product.
- For a customer who wishes to replace the received product with another, the product delivery terms in the e-shop regulations apply.
- Any final clearance SALE items can not be returned
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
