Returning items, you are not satisfied with.
If you are dissatisfied with an item and considering a return, exchange or refund, you have likely ordered a product from us, in which case we owe you a “thank you”. Nothing makes us happier than a legend of a happy Chillfit customer. As such, we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing customer experience. We pride ourselves in offering a hassle-free return procedure.
That being said, below are some things you might want to know.
We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us at chillfitwear@gmail.com Do not risk sending an item back if you feel there could be a reason for it to be rejected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
